I have built a community of women who are looking to truly transform their lives with the power of nutrition and lifestyle change geared to help you step into energetic, physical and spiritual alignment.  The women I work with are able to also change their course of their children and family's futures, co-regulate effectively without being overly stressed with a rigid diet routine, and form new patterns despite busy lifestyles.

 

My methods are built around the practical strategies that I used to optimize my digestion, support my cycle, improve my energy levels, and build stress resiliency for more stable moods.  By looking at the big picture - lifestyle stressors, overall nourishment, somatic energy blocks, and self-care, I aim to help my clients truly find body confidence on all levels.

Meet Stephanie

After ten+ years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and figure competitor, Stephanie attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2017 as a health coach. After doctors diagnosed her with hypothyroidism, infertility, and adrenal dysfunction, she decided to tune into natural ways to feel more embodied, with more energy, better cycles, and stable moods.  Her goal is to educate women on how to support their cycles, find body confidence, and build habits that boost their vibrancy. By providing education, support, and accountability, her clients gain a much deeper understanding of how to tune in and listen to their bodies on all levels.  When she is not coaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, doing breath work, and loves being in the outdoors.

After the death, comes the rebirth ✨

And wow, am I thankful that I am in the rebirth phase right now. Because truthfully, I used to be miserable. I used to look in the mirror and hate myself. I used to wonder who would love me because I truly didn't love myself.

I hid behind crazy cardio workouts and weighing out lettuce so I could control all of the negative emotions that were running through my head. I would yoyo between stepping on stage in a bikini weighing 15lbs less than I did now with fake confidence, fake tits, and a fake smile...and binging my face off in a Taco Bell parking lot hiding wrappers in the trunk of my car.

If only the scale would hit the magical number I wanted or I was on a rigid plan, I would feel worthy. I would feel like I was enough. I would feel beautiful. But when I was off track, it was rock bottom. There was no in between. There was no balance. There was no joy. I was an empty shell with six pack abs or my stomach would be hanging over my pants as I ate with no control. The roller coaster was unbearable 🎢

Until I hit rock bottom with hypothyroidism (doctor diagnosed), exhaustion and overwhelm, infertility and constipation- I never realized that I was doing everything wrong. Nothing was working and I couldn't macro count or diet my way out of feeling like this without taking accountability.


That accountability was tuning into all of the signs my body was telling me.  It was stepping into the Divine Feminine with energetic alignment to finally feel free in my body.  It was building my own truly customized protocol so that I learned to trust my body. I learned to love myself. I found unconditional love and acceptance for every mistake I have ever made.

Because at the end of the day, my traumas and my challenges have become my greatest gift to the world. I can help a woman just like you learn to love yourself again with the same methods that worked for me 💖
