After ten+ years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and figure competitor, Stephanie
attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2017 to becomea Health Coach. After doctors diagnosed her with hypothyroidism, infertility, and adrenal dysfunction, she decided to tune into natural ways to feel more embodied, with more energy, better cycles, and stable moods.
Her goal is
to educate women on how to support their cycles, find body confidence, and build habits that boost their vibrancy. By providing education, support, and accountability, her clients gain a much deeper understanding of how to tune in and listen to their bodies on all levels.
When she is not coaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, doing breath work, and loves being in the outdoors.
In 2022, while struggling with depression, Matthew realized that SSRIs were only masking his emotions rather than helping him process and heal them.
That’s when he discovered breathwork, meditation, and cold plunging as a means to better understand and cope with life's stressors. Incorporating these practices into his daily routine has helped him regulate his nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate a deeper sense of resilience and clarity.
Now, teaching breathwork and cold plunging to others has become a passion of Matthew's. He hopes that more people embrace these powerful practices and experience their transformative benefits in their own lives.

Due to the preordering of required materials, available space limitations and time constraints of Facilitators for this program, the following cancellation policy is in effect. 50% of payment may be refunded for cancellations made more than 14 days of the program start date. Full payment is forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date. This is a non-refundable event.
