After having my son Jaxxon, I felt off and I couldn't put my finger on it. But I knew that I needed to dive deeper. I discovered how to step into my Divine Feminine to uncover true body confidence. I tuned into my cycles and supported my hormonal changes with nutrition. I supercharged my metabolism for more energy and focus. While uncovering why I felt so off in my body, I discovered (with the help of my doctor) that I was dealing with estrogen dominance which was making my periods unbearable each month. My doctor also indicated that my thyroid levels showed subclinical hypothyroidism, which was keeping my scale stuck, causing my hair to fall out, super low energy levels, and brain fog. Not to mention, I felt irritable, moody and stuck.
 
As a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I knew my workouts and macro counting wouldn't magically fix what was going on in my body.
