For a long time, I thought healing meant trying harder.
More discipline. More control. More fixing.
But underneath all of it, my body still didn’t feel safe.
I
lived in chronic stress, hypervigilance, perfectionism, anxiety, emotional suppression, burnout, insomnia, gut dysfunction, and deep disconnection from myself.
I spent years trying to think my way into healing while my nervous system stayed stuck in survival mode.
What changed everything was realizing the body speaks through symptoms.
The anxiety. The exhaustion. The shutdown.
The tension. The inability to rest. The people pleasing. The disconnection from pleasure, softness, intimacy, and safety.

Because healing is not just physical.
It’s emotional. Somatic. Relational. Energetic.
The body cannot regulate when it constantly feels
unsafe.
That’s why this work blends nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, emotional release, ceremony, breathwork, intimacy work, and grounded healing modalities together in a deeply personalized way.
Not to force transformation. But to create the conditions where your body can finally soften enough to receive it.
This work is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning home to yourself.
Your body has been communicating with you all along. This work helps you finally listen.
Private Somatic Sessions
These sessions are ideal for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, embodiment work, intimacy coaching, emotional release, relationship support, and personalized healing experiences.
Sessions may be done individually or with couples depending on the type of support, connection, or experience you are seeking.
Extended Immersions
Extended sessions allow us to move more slowly, intentionally, and deeply into the work while creating space for regulation, processing, ceremony, embodiment, and integration.

Not at all. Many clients are completely new to this work. You do not need to know how to “do it right.” These sessions are guided intentionally and safely based on your nervous system capacity, comfort level, and personal goals.
Yes. My work is deeply trauma informed and nervous system centered. Everything is approached through the lens of safety, consent, pacing, regulation, and honoring your body’s boundaries. Nothing is forced, rushed, or performative.
Emotions are absolutely welcomed here. Emotional release is often part of the healing process, but there is never pressure to have a specific experience. Whether you cry, laugh, feel anger, feel peace, or simply feel present in your body again, all of it is valid.
Both. Sessions are available virtually and in person depending on the type of experience and what feels most aligned for you.
Yes. Couples sessions are available and may include nervous system regulation practices, communication exercises, intimacy and connection work, breathwork, embodiment practices, and customized ceremonial experiences designed to deepen safety and connection within the relationship.
Completely. No two sessions are the same because no two people are the same. Every experience is personalized based on your intentions, nervous system state, emotional needs, healing journey, relationship dynamics, and desired outcomes.
Traditional coaching often focuses on mindset, strategy, goals, behaviors, and cognitive understanding. Embodiment work focuses on the body. You can intellectually understand something and still have a nervous system that does not feel safe enough to fully experience it, trust it, receive it, or sustain it.Embodiment work helps bridge that gap.
This work allows the body to process stored emotions, reconnect to safety, deepen self awareness, increase capacity for intimacy and pleasure, regulate stress responses, and create transformation at a nervous system level instead of just an intellectual level.
This is not about bypassing logic. It’s about integrating the mind and body together.
