Somatic Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation


Somatic breathwork is a guided nervous system experience designed to reconnect you back to your body, your emotions, and your authentic self. Using intentional breathing patterns, body awareness, music, coaching, and nervous system regulation techniques, we gently access stored emotional tension and stress patterns held within the body.
This work is not about performing healing. It is about creating enough safety for the body to finally exhale.
